Site Server Search - Title Tag in HTML

How do I get Site Server to index the title tags of HTML pages? They are
obviously in the format: <TITE>Page Title Here</TITLE>

Can this be done?

In other words, I have an HTML page with the title tag

<title>Used Cars</title>

Yet, the text phrase "used cars" is not anywhere in the page body text.

So it doesn't even come up when we search for the phrase "used cars". SS
seems to be ignoring the title tag altogether.
