I am having all sorts of problems getting any of the OWC spreadsheet events
that pass parameters to work - it constantly tells me that the definitions do
not match. I have tried various definitions in the code such as;

Private Sub WTISpreadsheet_StartEdit(Selection As Object, InitialValue As
OWC10.ByRef, Cancel As OWC10.ByRef, ErrorDescription As OWC10.ByRef)

Simple events such as

Private Sub WTISpreadSheet_Click()

Work ok - Please tell me what am I doing wrong as it is driving me nuts
