Remotely Shutting Down Proxy

Is there a way to hit 2000 + workstations to turn off proxy upon logon or a
batch or registry file? I have a site running Netware that lost their proxy
box and they are working to get this box out of there anyway this is a great
time to fix the problem. Thanks.
