| Can you specify that some CMS resource groups be non-cached? Or does CMS
handle this automatically. I ask this because some resources we want secure
and don't want them cached to the rdonlyres folder. Is this possible?
Alos, can cache content or resource groups be secured by Windows group
accounts?

this cannot be achieved using MCMS methods.
A solution might be to implement an ISAPI filter to change the http header.
