Scroll Bars for HtmlPlaceholder ontens

| Hi
is it possible to have a scroll bars for html placeholders so when the
posting is published i can scroll the contens on the same screen and no have
to go to pagedown.

you mean in published mode?
No this is not possible out of the box.
But you could achieve this by implementing a custom placeholder control.
Actually you would have to implement this placeholder control as an IFRAME
and point the SRC to a page that reads the placeholder content and renders
it.
