Hi all,

We have an MCMS website that we have recently configured deployed
etc.... We've also tested this process a number of times on different
servers and its always worked OK.

However, on a particular server if we log in say as mcmsadministrator
(who has all rights and roles) and we attempt to insert a hyperlink
into the page we receive the following error when the dialog appears:

- The user does not have sufficient right to view this page

Any ideas what could cause this?
