Author error when exporting SDO

I got an error when I tried to export 1 page(for my testing), it's in the
site manager, I have done the following as stayed in FAQ:
Open the "SQL Client Network Utility" and disable "shared memory protocol".
Also move "named pipe" to the top of the list of supported protocols.

but I still canot export the posting out, In the report, it is in the
"Selected Export Object Not Currently Available for EXPORT"So what's wrong
with it??

More information I can provide now is,
I can export the resources Gallery with image,
But when I do the template and channels, only folders are exported, not
posting or temaplte (Not ASP.NET template) is exported....

I think I know why now, I checked the old post, and the templated must check
in....I will try on that
