Hi

Regarding installation / deployment of load balanced web servers:

1. Is it possible to not use the Default Web Site in IIS? If so, what is the process, i.e does this have to be created before CMS is installed.

2. Should the initial deployment of staging database be a backup+restore instead of SDO deployment? The database is due to be 10GB+
