Missing Cover Page URL (default posting)

During migration from CMS 2001 to 2002 by copying the database to a new
server and then upgrade to 2002 mixed mode. The Cover Page URL seems to be
lost and we have to assign a new Cover Page URL for each channel. Does any
one have a solution for this problem?
