| HI All,
Just for fun - is it possible to split an existing SDO file into a bunch of
smaller SDO's ?
Regards

| Hi Angus,
no this is not possible.
What you could do is to
- create a new database
- run the DCA and connect a testserver to the new database
- import the SDO
- export into separate SDOs.
Cheers,
Stefan.

| That works *if* it was possible to import the huge file in
the first place without running out of memory ;-)

| That is an issue I ran into.
lets spin this thread around - New Question "How big are your SDOs and whats
the import/export performance like?"
I just tried to import a 600mb one into a VM with 1.5gb allocated and it
kept on running out of memory - very strange; and the import took hours
before it would fail.
