Hi All,

If I dun install the sample site, I dun have the MCMSHomeport folder and
there is not Virtual directory in IIS???

Hi Choihead,

not sure what you mean.
After installing the sample site a virtual directory WoodgroveNet will be
created.
In addition the defaul channel rendering script will be changed to the
homeport page - which is ugly and should be changed back.

Hi Stefan,

Do I need homeport in MCMS Server to run properly?

Becasue In my new server which just installed MCMS that do not have
MCMShomeport appear?

No. You should disable the homeport page as homeport does not allow you to
edit your site.
