| easiest way to address this is to install acrobat reader on the server -
basically whatever icon is associated with the PDF file type on the server
will be generated by MCMS.

| Actually, it's easier and better if on the server you associate to the PDF extension and appropriate icon. You do NOT need to install the software!

| Davi,
If Acrobat is installed, then un-install. Then delete the registered file type assosiation! (In Explorer, select Tools, Folder Options, File Types)

| Hi Davi,
then choose the option in the placeholder not to display the icon.
That can be configured for every placeholder individually.
Cheers,
Stefan.

| Davi,
The other way, just to provide a 'link' to the resource, is by determining the URI to the resource (add it by normal add resource, then get the properties to the resource [right click, properties]). Then simply highlighting the text that you want to link
to the attachment (or other image if you choose), then select the Hyperlink option, and parte in the URI to the resource!
