Hello,

I am trying to port all the files from one computer to another. To get the
Channel information I am using the export function in site manager. However
it appears to export the files correctly but when ever i try to open them,
delete them or copy them to another location access is always denied,

any help would be very much appriciated

Hi Orki,

where do you get this error?
In SiteManager?
On the exporting or importing machine?

Please provide a step-by-step description and outline where exactly your
problem happens.

Thanks,
Stefan.

Hello,

The error is just when i try to access the file using windows, sitemanager
does not send out any errors,

1, export the sdo file,
2, attempt to access it in windows permission denied

thanks

Hi Orki,

what are you accessing?
The SDO file? Sorry your post is not clear.

The SDO file will have restricted permissions: only the exporting user, and
administrators will have access.

Cheers,
Stefan.
