Not Refresh chages channels via software

Hi,
i have delete some channels with site manager, but in my software:

Channel canale = (Channel) context.Searches.GetByPath(channelPath);
ChannelCollection channelCollection = canale.Channels;

the ChannelCollection is the same before delete channels in site manager.
How can i refresh the modify channels in software?

do a new search and it should no longer be listed.
