Hi Stefan
Is it possible to set a default page for channel which exists in some
diffrent channel.
for example
I have Channel A and B
Channel B has PageName P1

Now I want to set Default page for Channel A as P1

Thanks & Regards
Vipul

Hi Vipul,

no this is not possible.
But you could implement a channel rendering script that does a redirect to
posting P1 in channel a.

Cheers,
Stefan.

You could use a special Template, too. In this template you store a link to
the other posting. This template should automatically redirect if someone
accesses in live mode. So some one would enter a channel. the page based on
that template is the first page. this page is accessed and automatically
redirects to the url stored inside the template. Advantage: you can as author
edit that page and change the url for example and do not have to deal with
the channel rendering.

Cheers,
Dominik
