Author Hide When Published Question

The Hide When Published check box makes the channel invisible after it has
been published. I want to ask what is the meaning of invisible ? Invisible
to all users ?

Why after I have selected this option for a channel, I still can access the
posting under this channel through broswer ?

Would anyone mind sharing experience about using this option ? Thanks

Hi Tony

Hide when published does not mean that users can't access the Posting. users
are still able to access this posting if the URL is known.

This feature is useful if u want to hide a particular posting from the
Navigation menus etc.
