hi all specially to stefan,

my name is eswar

iam using mcms2002, windows server 2003, iam able to post data
successfully

my question now i wanna access to that data where i should not be able
to see edit / live links. (only for all general web users this content
should be visible)

basically my idea is iam developing a website for organization where
its head for group of colleges.

Every college should post there data(only admin) and this data should
be able to browse by all the users and this data should appear in web
formated.

its basically an upgradation to existing site which is developed in
asp & oracle

Thank u very much in advance.

Hi Eswar,

sorry but your problem description is not very clear.
To ensure that different users can edit different parts of the site you need
to ensure that they are in different author groups and that these different
author groups need to be assigned to the different channels.

Cheers,
Stefan.
