Hi Mei and Stefan,

I'd like to follow up on this issue. We are also experiencing the same
error. Ours happens in the authoring environment on MCMS 2002 on a
Win2KServer box with SP1a.

In some instances the error happens when an account other than an
administrator account logs in, and we get the error in an ASP.Net error
page. In some instances the error shows up in a Save Placeholder
Failed error message box, after an author attempts to save an edited
page.

Mei, did you perform any of Stefan's suggestions?
