Export non-approved (submitted) postings in Site Manager

| Is it possible somehow to export all objects thru Site Manager export?
Documentation reads ".. Any object that is submitted but not approved
will not be exported..".
A customer of ours is being ported to a new environment and of course
expects all postings - approved as well as non-approved - to be
available in the new production environment. How do we do this?

that is not possible.
Only approved content can be exported.
