We have a Windows 2000 development server currently running CMS 2001. There has been a request for us to add an additional web application to the server that will be developed in Visual InterDev.

Are there any potential conflicts that could occur between the two systems?

The developer for the other application has already said that they'd had an issue with interDev where it deleted their application since it wasn't using the wwwroot as the apllication's home directory. Given that our CMS application uses wwwroot for it's
home, I'm a little skittish about this.

Any recommendations? thanks.
