Long project load time

| I tried testing browing pages with IE - super slow. Ended
up having to reinstall IIS (after a bunch of other fix
attempts).

| I found that after I upgraded (VS.NET 2003 /.NET 1.1/SP1 all at same time) I
had to put more memory into my development machine. That seemed to improve
things.
