Using the sample where you can set the default template gallery when creating a new pa

Hi.

I ask the aboce question as my template gallery has sub-galleries. If
I use the sample code to open to the default template gallery, it
doesn't show the sub-galleries, not does it show the control to allow
me to switch between list and tree mode.

Any suggestions?
