Author CMS Templates won't check back in

Hi all

As always looking for some help. We are running CMS2002, sp1

I moved a template gallery using site manager. Since then the
templates appear to be checked out. I have logged back in as
administrator and attempted to check them in using Visual Studio. I
get the following error

Error message:
Invalid change token. The current object data does not match the data
associated with the given change token.

Exception type:
Microsoft.ContentManagement.Publishing.CmsChangeTokenValidationException

Error source:
Microsoft.ContentManagement.DeveloperTools.ToolsModel
Error stack trace:
at Microsoft.ContentManagement.DeveloperTools.ToolsModel. TemplateGalleryItemPapiPersistenceManage
r.Checkin()
at Microsoft.ContentManagement.DeveloperTools.ToolsModel.TemplateGalleryItem.DoCheckin()
at Microsoft.ContentManagement.DeveloperTools.ToolsModel.LockableItem.Checkin()

If I go to site manager I am given the option to 'Revert to Approval'.
Unfortunately this produces the following error

'Template State has changed on the server' Operation cannot be
performed at this time'.

Any thoughts are as always greatly appreciated

Mikey

Hi Mikey,

this is most likely a known bug.
You need to request the following hotfix: 826224

Cheers,
Stefan.
