I am planning to implement automatic site deployment using
the SD API from the Content Server to a Production Server.
The Content Server is behind the firewall in the internal
network and the Production Server is in the DMZ. Each
server has its own instance of SQL Server running.

What issues do I need to take care of given that the
production server is in the DMZ and the deployment script
has to run through a firewall?

Hi,

you need to ensure that http can path the firewall.
Client side SDAPI uses http as transport protocol.

Cheers,
Stefan.
