Treeview broken in WebAuthor

| I am running CMS 2002 and I am having a problem with the
treeview when trying to link to internal CMS pages. The
fix that I found on this BB (creating a virtual web
application named "webctrl_client"
under the root of the MCMS Web site, and then map it to
the "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\webctrl_client" physical
directory) worked fine on development. But when I tried
to do the same fix on production, it's not working. The
main difference is that the dev site (which works) is
running in the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ directory and the
production site (which does not work) is running on the
E:\ drive. Does it make a difference? Do I have to run
MSCMS apps from the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ directory?
Thanks,
Josh

| Hi Joshua,
no this should not make any differences as the virtual directory should
address this.
Please check out the IIS logfile.
Do you see any 404 or 401 errors?
Cheers,
Stefan.

| Stefan,
Once again, you are the man I looked in the IIS
logfile and it was throwing a 404. Made the appropriate
changes and it works like a charm.
Thanks again!
Josh
