This Web Author extension prompts authors to enter reason
when declining postings. It works in both single posting
decline in the Web Author menu and multiple posting
declines in the Approval Assistant dialog.

| Both look to be the same but the one on codeproject.com
is written in vb.net and Stephan's is in C#(my
preference).

| There is one major difference.
Stephens version also allows to add a comment for bulk declines in Approval
manager.
My one does not allow this.
Although the same decline reason is given for all postings.
I thought this is not relevant as (usually) there would be an individual
reason for each posting depending on the content - so I did not implement
this.
