CMS Console Doesnt Work

| Hi all,
I've just started to develop a CMS2002+CS2002+MSIB21 site, and I'm having a odd problem.
I've created a page and added the console, but the redirect CMS_preparePostbackUrl url is always empty.
Source Code Not working:

All other MSIB21 pre-installed pages (Adventure Works Site) that came with the console are working, but mine is not.

| Hi Carlos,
is this page a posting or a channel rendering script?
Only these items can use the conole.
It is no possible to use it on a normal ASPX page.
