CMS enabled WebUI project in a custom virtual directory?
|
|
| newsgroup user 2004-02-23, 8:35 pm |
| Hello,
I have a Enterprise template with the different layers etc etc,
Below my UI projects i create a folder named "cmsapp001" and then creates a virtual directory in iis. i also have a channel in sitemanager with the same name as my virtual directory.
But my template explorer says "No CMS-enabled projects are open".
Its prolly something simple that i have missed, but i just cant find out what.
Any ideas?
/Johan

| Hi Johan,
it seems you did not create a CMS Template project but a normal C# web form
project.
You can enable it as a CMS project by choosing "Project" - "Enable as CMS
project".
Btw virtual directories in IIS and channels in Site Manager are not related.
Cheers,
Stefan.
