Author Decline Posting With Reason

Hi Stefan

We have to develop a workflow that will allow the content approver to
decline a posting, and provide a reason to the author in the email that it
will send to the author.

Can you please help us with some guidance?

Thanks and kind regards!
Karl

there is also a more sophisticated version available:

Cheers,
Stefan.
