Hi

Designing a custom placeholder is the easiest way.

Another way is to enter javascripts into the target of the
image.

Something like this:
window.open('http://www.yahoo.com','_blank')

Although this does not require additional code, it also
means that we are assuming that the user has javascripts
turned on.
