Microsoft Content Management Server - problem w/inserting hyperlink

On our production server we started to get a problem w/inserting hyperlinks.
When using web editing mode - clicking to add hyperlink - "InternalLink --
Web Page Dialog" window comes up and "Select Internal Link" list shows the
names of the channels as one big link as opposed to directories/files that
you can link to.

What can we do to fix this?
