I read in the FAQ's that MCMS2002SP1 is not supported on
2003.

I read questions about 2003 on this feed.

Is the FAQ out of date? Can i run MCMS2002 on 2003 Server?

I'm not sure which FAQ you mean.
Here is clearly stated that it is supported:
