YES SP1 is installed , We are using CMS 2002 with SP1 installed

2. does this happen for all Postings or just specific ones?
3. does it occur all the time or only occasionally?

NO
2. does this happen for all Postings or just specific ones?
specific ones
3. does it occur all the time or only occasionally?
When the traffic is more it happens all the time and if the traffic on
the website is less it occurs occasionally.

We are facing this problem more and more now as our users are
increasing and now this problem occurs more frequently

Okay, so it's not on a web farm. We can cross that out. Btw, this is
probably more of a .NET issue so you may want to cross post this to a .NET
