Reading the docs about MSCMS 2002 SP1a it seems that the
MSCMS require MDAC 2.7 RTM.
Does anyone knows if there are any issues installeig on a
2003 Enterprise Server which comes with MDAC 2.8...

I'v read a bit more and with your answer and
without using the high securtity templates
2.8 should work without any problems.
