Hi,

I noticed something odd when saving HtmlPlaceholder contents. It seems that
if you insert a single image in an empty HtmlPlaceholderControl (completely
empty, one that contains no paragraphs --- can be obtained by creating a new
page, for example) the inserted image tag will be stripped during the save.

Is that so, that an image tag can not exist without a paragraph? If so,
where do I replace the functionality of the 'Insert image' toolbar button so
that it, when inserting the image tag, looks for a parent paragraph and
creates one if necessary?
