| Did you add the guest user to the subscribers role in sitemanager, and has
this role the proper rights?
If not, this might be the problem

| Even if you add a group to the subscribers role, you might still need to set
which channels, resources and templates this group has access rights to.
Right click, and select properties on the subscribers group, then select
"Rights" (or something like that), and make sure that all channels,
resources and templates is marked with a green icon, then right-click and
select "propagate to children" to make sure any subchannels and galleries
are selected as well.
Hope this helps

| Tommy,
This option was done as well. The subscribers have access to all the channels, resources and templates that they needed to be in. What other options do I need to check? Is there permissions that I need to set on the MCMS\Server folder in windows?
Thanks

| One last thing to check: A few times this has happened to me, I've deleted
the cookies on the client trying to access the site.

| Hi
Another thing to look out for: Does the page load
correctly?
If yes, then it could be an image/link within the Posting
that is causing the prompt to appear. I've seen this on
several occasions.
1. The href was coded as somelink.
Obviously, that led to a prompt as the user won't have
access to the root directory of MCMS.
2. The image was linked to a resource that the subscriber
did not have access to or for some reason has been
deleted/archived/linked wrongly.
3. The rdonlyres cache directory was having file
permission problems after changing the System Account.
I would suggest looking into the IIS log files to see
which page is causing the prompt. From there, you may get
more clues to help you troubleshoot this.
Hope this helps,
Mei Ying
