I am currently unable to install SP1a on one of our servers. I have successfully installed it on 3 other boxes.

To begin the self-extracting zip fails with a MCMS Edition detection encounter an MSI error. MSIGetProductInfo : 1608

After extracting the files and trying the "enterprise" folder set up. The set up acts as though it is doing a full install (I never see the "Upgrade" screen) and then fails.

This is the error at the end of the log:

Hi Eric,

this error means "cannot run MSI from temp folder".
The error code indicates an access denied.

Please check the temp and tmp variables and check the associated folder.
It seems there is a problem with this folder.

Cheers,
Stefan.
