Stefan:

I am using Microsoft's VMWare to create a virtual server.

So I installed Win 2K, CMS 2002 and Sp1 and the sample site.

The sample site works just fine.

So I imported my site and the import works too.

But when I browse to my site (not WoodGroveNet) I get the subject error?

Can you advise.

Thanks

Tom

Hi Tom,

did you enter the Url of the channel in your browser or the Url to your
template?

Cheers,
Stefan.

Stefan:

I'm not sure of the difference?

I tried these:

http://myserver/BOD
http://myserver/BOD/Templates/Home.aspx
http://11.1.1.1/BOD/
http://11.1.1.1/BOD/Templates/Home.aspx

When I try accessing it by IP, I get access denied!

Neither worked!

Can you advise further?

Hi Tom,

the only working method is to browse the channel url - which you defined in
SiteManager.
A template can never be opened in IE directly.
After browsing to the channel you will see a console which allows you to
create a new page based on the template.

Cheers,
Stefan
