Hi

We are looking into using Content Management server and want to know if we
need more than one server to run it, we want to use the development and live
facility so documents can be edited and then authorised to go to the live
site. Could you tell me how to do this and also how to do it on Multiple
server or point me in the right direction to look.

Thanks.

Hi Michael,

if you only have one approval level one server would work fine.
Per default a page is authored and goes into save state. When an author
finishs it he submits it to approval.
As soon as the page is approved by an editor it will go live.

Cheers,
Stefan.
