CMS 2002 SDO import error

| Hi All,
I am importing a full site SDO from a development CMS 2002 server on
Windows 2003 in Domain A, into a clean CMS 2002 server on a Windows
2003 in Domain B. Both are SP1a.
I am getting the following error when i try and preview the import
report
Can anyone suggest a reason for this ?

administrator should this error persist.

The problem was indeed Temp Dir Permissions, You help as always is
very much appreciated.
