WEb server(Win2k3/iis)---|||(firewall)----Backend Server(Win sk3, CMSServer,
SqlServer)

is it possible to work like this??
I dunno if I can explain this well to all,
but thanks first anyway

you will need MCMS on the Web server.

Spencer is right.
MCMS IS actually the web server.
If you would like to separater web server and MCMS you would have to
implement a solution based on web services where the front end web server
without MCMS talks to the back end web server with MCMS installed.

Yes.

A license is required for each CPU in each server running MCMS.
