.Net and Cannot Copy Assembly

Hi!

I am getting the following error when I try and compile my
code.

Cannot copy assembly 'MyLibrary' to file
c:/inetpub/wwwroot/MyWeb/bin/MyLibrary.dll. The process
cannot access the file because it is being used by another
process.

Help!

Hi Troy,

restart IIS and the problem will be gone.
Sometimes the ASPNET worker process locks the DLL.
