Angus-

That's one of the options I'm looking into right now actually. Right now it
looks like an educational thing... when brochures (PDFs) are deleted from the
resource gallery, they need to head to the brochure section of the site and
remove the postings (I have a template that they add the link to an HTML
placeholder and when the page loads in presentation mode when published, it
will autodirect to the actual PDF).

However, now I'm looking into writing a process that runs at scheduled
intervals to check all postings for references to resources that exist in the
"Archive Folder". Then, I'd set the "IsHiddenModePublished" of the posting
to TRUE & email site moderators & editors of that channel what's going on
with links to delete the posting or to go to it and modify some stuff.
