Corrupt Cabinet Error IN MSCMS 2001
|
|
| Paul Smith 2004-12-30, 5:52 pm |
| I received the following error when trying to import an ROP file in MSCMS 2001:
Error: 5
Description: Corrupt Cabinet
Severity: 5
Source: NRUTILS.NRCABManager.1
Debug Info: N/A
Extra Info: N/A
Client Source: CImportUI::OpenImportPackage
Recommended Action: N/A
I got the same error on two different servers when trying the import. Any
help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul

| Hi Paul,
this indicates that the ROB file is corrupt.
Try to open it in notepad. Sometimes the rob file is a text file which
contains a html error page which indicates what caused the corruption.
Cheers,
Stefan.

| It was a binary file so I couldn't open it in Notepad.
Anything else I can try?

| Hi Paul,
try to export it again. If this does not work, export only a single posting
and check if this works.
If you need urgent help I would recommend to open a support case for this.
Cheers,
Stefan.
