MCMS SP2: Template Explorer is gone in VS.NET

| I've just installed MCMS SP2, and my MCMS Template Explorer in VS.NET
2003 is now gone. If I uninstall SP2, the Template Explorer is back. Is
there a fix or workaround to this problem?

| Hi,
please open a support case for this to ensure that you get the hotfix as
soon as it is released.
