Cannot access woodgrovenetdb sample site

Hello:

After I ran the set up to install CMS2002_WoodgroveASP.exe, I tried the url:

http://localhost/WoodgrovenetVB/

I get HTTP 403 error telling me that I am not authorized to view this page.

Any idea how I can resolve this issue?
