If a Channel contains a simpel posting (page) that's haven't been approved,
should the CMS 2002 then display the channel for non-authors/guests.

Hi Admin,

visibility of a channel (as link or in webauthor) is not related in any way
to included postings.
A channel is always visible if the "IsHiddenModePublished" property is set
to false.
