issue on IE for MacOS9
|
|
|
| I have a set of menu dropdown on my home page that's
populated by a static xml file. The links work some of
the time.
On initial load my url looks like this:
http://localhost/MyProject/home.aspx. Mostly when I click
on a link, the home page is refreshed but the url changes
to this: http://localhost/template/home.aspx?
NRMODE=Published&NRORIGINALURL=%2fMyProject%
2f&NRNODEGUID=...&NRCACHEHINT=ModifyLoggedIN
What does this mean? I am new to MCMS and I still don't
understand its inner workings. I believe that as soon as
I understand this, I'll be able to come up with a
solution to this Mac issue.
Everything works on IE for windows.

| Hi Pete,
that is a known bug in IE for MAC.
As a workaround you need to install the following MCMS hotfix: 842348
Cheers,
Stefan.

| Hi Pete,
Microsoft does not have download locations for non-securty hotfixes.
You need to open a support case for this. Hotfix requests are free of
charge.
Cheers,
Stefan.
