Template choosen is not the one displayed when I create an article

| Hello,
I have created a template and when I create the first posting in my channel,
I have no problem to select the template and create my article. When it is
then displayed, everything is correct. But once I click on create an article,
it takes another template and not the one I selected for the first
posting...I hope I've been clear.
Any idea about that ?

not sure what you mean.
There is no "create an article" link in MCMS.
Did you create your own console action?
Then analyze your custom code where the problem is.
The only action provided with MCMS always gives you the dialog to choose the
template gallery and the template.
It will not preselect a template.
