I wan't to click on a thumbnail image and open a new window with the full
image.
In the hyperlink manager button (rad editor control) i can't access the
Resource Gallery.

How can i do a situation like this?

Add the image first using the Image Manager. Then select the image and
click the Hyprelink Manager to create the link to the posting that has
the full image. You can use javascript in the hyperlink to open the
image in a new window as a popup.

But i do not have a posting with the full image.
I simple wan't to put in the href="image.gif" and let the browser open the
image.

I've not tried what you have asked but try this. While you are creating
the thumbnail, browse to the large image and copy the url to notepad.
Then when you are in the hyperlink manager, paste the url.
